Licensed 1824 (1825?), but may have existed from c1800 as Balminoch. Expands from two to three pair of pot stills 1962. The floor-malting are replaced with a Saladin-box 1964. The mash-house are renovated  1968. The pot stills becomes steam-heated 1971. Mothballed May 1993-1998. Semi-lauter gear were fitted in the old cast iron mash tun 2006. Uses womtubs..
