Dumbarton (1) was distillery that existed 1827-51 and may have been the same as Dumbarton Bridge 1816-17.

Inverleven malt distillery existed within the Dumbarton compound 1938-91. Had Continuous stills from the Vulcan Copper & Supply Co. from Cincinnati.
Dumbarton (SMWS G14). One official bottling (?).
Hiram Walker Ltd. 1938-87 and Allied Distillers 1987-2002.
Demolished in 2005..
